Job Description: The Sales Manager is responsible for leading an experienced team of salesman.
- Motivate sales people and control them;
- Track record of achieving targets;
- Set sales targets;
- Provide on-the-ground support for sales people as they generate leads and close new deals.
Competencies/Skills:
- Must have experience as a salesman with provide proof of commissions;
- Preferably foreign candidates (speaking and understanding spoken English) with experience in selling financial products in a bank insurance or securities company (stock or bond market).
- 10+ years’ experience managing sales people;
- 4+ years’ experience in a corporate management role;
- Must be motivated by money;
- Capable to achieve any goal competently and seamlessly in a complex business environment.
