Our client has an opportunity for those wishing to work in the brokerage of industrial and commercial rental contracts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for selling and trading rental contracts, must have excellent communication skills and be confident speaking with an international clientele.
TRAINING:
You will be assigned to a Senior Contracts Broker for a 3 month training programme. When you have graduated you will be assigned incoming enquiries from around the world and your job will be to open an account for them and sell them Industrial Rental Contracts.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- An outgoing personality.
- Preferably foreign candidates (speaking and understanding spoken English) with experience in selling financial products in a bank insurance or securities company. (stock or bond market).
- Investment sales and advertising sales experience will be an advantage.
- Comfortable in dealing in international markets over the telephone.
- High energy level.
- Prepared to go the “extra mile” to meet sales quotas or production targets.
