Job Description: The Sales Manager is responsible for leading an experienced team of salesman.

  1. Motivate sales people and control them;
  2. Track record of achieving targets;
  3. Set sales targets;
  4. Provide on-the-ground support for sales people as they generate leads and close new deals.

Competencies/Skills:

  • Must have experience as a salesman with provide proof of commissions;
  • Preferably foreign candidates (speaking and understanding spoken English) with experience in selling financial products in a bank insurance or securities company (stock or bond market).
  • 10+ years’ experience managing sales people;
  • 4+ years’ experience in a corporate management role;
  • Must be motivated by money;
  • Capable to achieve any goal competently and seamlessly in a complex business environment.
